Raw Food Recipe: Smoothie – Blue Banana Green Smoothie

This recipe is really quick to make and is bursting with delicious green goodness. 

Perfect at any time of the day – especially good if you’re in the mood for something fruity.

Ingredients for Blue Banana Green Smoothie

I love green smoothies and recommend that you have at least one a day.

Ingredients 
2 bananas
1 cup of blueberries – fresh or frozen
1/2 – 1 cup of curly kale
Handful of parsley
1/2 cup of water – or enough for desired consistency

Equipment
Blender 

Put all ingredients in  the belnder and blend until smooth.   

Helps to know
For a richer, thicker and creamier taste use frozen bananas in the recipe.
