Using raw foods to connect to your inner self

Raw Food Recipe: Delicious UnCook Stir fry

This is a really quick recipe to put together and lasts for several days in your fridge. In fact the longer you can leave it the better it tastes and the more ‘cooked’ it tastes.

Ingredients
2 cups of broccoli cut into bite sized pieces
1 red pepper finely sliced
1 cup of bean sprouts
1 head of bok choy shredded
½ cup of shredded savoy cabbage
1/4 red onion finely sliced
1 clove of garlic finely chopped

Marinade
Ingredients
½ cup of olive oil
1 Tbsp of seasame oil
Juice of ½ a lemon
1 Tbsp of wheat free tamari
Ginger to taste
Favourite spices to taste

Directions
Place the vegetables in the marinade and leave for several hours.

Rice
Ingredients
Choose from cauliflower, sweet potato or yellow squash.

Directions
Place chosen ingredient in a food processor and pulse in to small pieces, this will resemble
rice.

Assembly Directions
Drain off excess marinade from the vegetables and serve over the ‘rice’.

Juicy Tip
The longer you leave the vegetables in the marinade the softer they will become.
