Raw Food Recipe: Cashew Cream Cheese
This is a really versatile and tasty addition to vegetable wraps and a perfect spread to snack on.

Ingredients
1 cup of cashews (soaked for at least 30 minutes)
1/4 cups of sunflower seeds (soaked for at least 30 minutes)
1 Tbs nutritional yeast
1 Tbs lemon juice
1/2 cup water
Pinch of salt and pepper to taste
Equipment
Hand blender
Directions
Place all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth and creamy
Juicy Tip
Adding in some fresh chives is a really tasty addition to this dish
