Day 13 – Turn Your Shine ON

Today we continue to look at recipes that can upgrade our food choices and today’s recipe is by special request of of one of the amazing women on this program.

Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
Ingredients
12 large strawberries
1/2 cup of melted cacao butter
1/2 cup of cacao powder
1/4 cup of agave syrup (or maple syrup or honey)
Directions
Melt the cacao butter – I do this by putting the butter in a glass bowl that sits in another bowl of hot water (this can take up to 10 minutes)
Mix in the rest of the ingredients – for the best results use a metal whisk
Dip your strawberries in the chocolate sauce (work fast as the chocolate can thicken quickly)

Add the mixture to chocolate moulds and place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes
Keep the chocolates in the fridge and they are best enjoyed at room temperature
