Using raw foods to connect to your inner self

Day 12 – Turn Your Shine On

“What the mind can conceive, it can achieve.” – Napoleon Hill

Yesterday we were looking at creating a recipe planner so that you could organise your delicious raw food recipes so that you would never be short of inspiration of what to eat.

So for the next few days I am going to share with you recipes that can be used to upgrade your current food choices.

Today we are going to look at how you could upgrade your crisps/chips to kale chips – yes really!

If you’re like me you’ll love crisps/chips because they are crunchy, well these are just as crunchy and really moreish too.

Option one – Salted Kale
