Raw Food Recipe: Juice – Tomato Power

This juice is incredibly tasty, especially if you include the basil.   

Ingredients for Tomato Power Punch

Ingredients 
4 Tomatoes
1 Carrot
2 Sticks of celery
Juice of half a lemon
Handful of basil

Equipment
Juicer  

Put all ingredients through the juicer and serve.

Helps to know
This is a really good juice to have at lunch time, as it is a salad in a glass.

Juicy Tip
Tomato and basil are a classic combination, however you could replace it with another green such as spinach or romaine lettuce for a completely different taste.
