You may know what you should be doing/eating/thinking, but unless you put this into action, you will not be moving forward or getting the results you want – remember the dreams of losing weight, feeling sexy in your own skin, confidence, energy, clear thinking…?

This program is about taking action and I will show you how to reset and upgrade your diet in a variety of delicious ways.

Here’s how it works:

Each day, starting from Monday 9th July I’ll give you a delicious recipe or tip that will take you 10 – 15 minutes to prepare or do, that will help you upgrade your diet to fill you with energy and SHINE.

That’s right – all I ask you to commit to is just a couple of minutes a day!

You can get your daily action by subscribing to the blog via email, checking on our Facebook page

After enjoying your recipe or completing your task, you need to ‘tick off’ the task – we love accountability.

You can ‘tick off’ the task by leaving a comment to share your views on the recipe or say you’ve done the task on either that day’s blog post or that day’s Facebook post. Even if you don’t do the action, leave your comments daily so you maintain momentum and keep your commitment. I don’t expect you to be perfect, but I do ask for your commitment.

Remember that you are only committing 10 minutes a day for 33 days – This is sooo achievable.
